An direct marketing e-mail came through just as we were thinking of having a pop-up banner made. Good start, helpful but things started to go wrong when they sent us a banner which was not like the proof which we had signed off. Various e-mails went back and forth as they did not seem to grasp what we were requesting. Finally gave up on e-emails and rang them and was informed that it was because of the quality of logo and photo that had been sent. My reaction was why did you not inform us of this fact! So, I sent them a large jpg photo and they sharpened up our logo. Another proof was signed off. Grea,t I thought until they send me a 2nd banner which was exactly the same as the 1st in correct banner!!!! This week received the right banner which is good and just what we have requested - but why of why did it have to take so long.........
