Terrible company - Do not use

I ordered a bed and a mattress from this company as they guaranteed next day delivery and I needed it for guests coming to stay. What they fail to tell you is that the items are delivered by 2 different companies and they only act as a 3rd party. The bed arrived as promised but when the mattress hadn't arrived by 5pm, I called them only to be told that the mattress had gone to the wrong depot and would be delivered the following day. Not only had I had a day off work to be in (8-6pm slot) to sign but I had no bed for my guests!! They weren't in the least bit interested in putting it right and so I cancelled the order and am waiting for a refund. I'm not holding my breath......
