Good way to study English

I like Kaplan PLI because:

1. good organisation of studying process (courses, student evaluation, time table)
2. value for money
3. location in the center of the city
4. English speaking country, a lot of practice
5. a lot of other activities in free time
6. foreign language barrier

I dislike in Kaplan:

1. sometimes is too cold inside because a lot of air conditioning
2. there is no possibility to choose courses. Only standard courses
