Deep Blue Dive

Extremely poor products and arrogant customer service people

Ordered several items, all of which were shown as in stock. Received message to say some items were out of stock and others discontinued. Telephoned to cancel order and was told 'to late it's been despatched' and I would have to return at my expense. Order arrived and some items wrong and others missing. Emailed several times but no reply. Telephoned and they just don't want to know. Now claiming through [Link].

Poor

I had a problem with 3 out of the 4 products ordered. The Hollis hood was the wrong size, would have expected a xl hood with xl suit instead I got a size you would strugglre to fit a 2 year old. The other Scubapro hood I ordered was cheap, nasty quality and completely different model to the one shown. Worst of all the £956 Hollis DX300 drysuit was of appalling quality, the silflex silicone seals split on first use.
I did rely on their own customer reviews when making my choice but have since learned that they don't publish the bad ones.
They let themselves down by knowingly selling rubbish.
Returned the complete £1800 order as they don't deserve my money.
Goods returned but still waiting for a refund.

We were very sorry to learn of the disappointment with the products customer ordered from us. We have been in consultation with the customer throughout the process. A Dive Hood he ordered was purely not big enough so that was returned and a larger size ordered in. We have also noted from the records on screen that one of the wrist seals had split from the suit and we can fully understand the customer's disappointment. Our products we sell are completely brand new, straight from the Suppliers/Manufacturer's and obviously we would need to take this problem up with Hollis once goods received back with us. We have sent a free postage label as a courtesy gesture to customer to enable them to send the affected item back. Once we receive the goods back the refund will then be actioned promptly.

Northern Diver Ltd

Poor quality and even poorer service

I purchased a supposedly good quality wetsuit from Northern Diver. It wasn't cheap so I wasn't expecting cheap rubbish. Within minutes of wearing the suit the noeprene started to crumble and fall off.
They took the suit back but are deliberately making me jump through hoops to get a refund.
UPDATE
Luckily I had paid by Paypal and they sorted out the refund for me.
The person who dealt with my return at Northern Diver was unbeleivably rude and arrogant
