i bought a camera for my daughter ,after 2 weeks i emailed them as it had not arrived but got no reply.when we phoned we were told it was sold BEFORE we bought it,and a different (inferior) model would be sent .we explained this was not acceptable as the required one was a replacement for a broken one therefore a different camera would not be able to show the photos already taken.the next day they said they had not been paid despite me having a receipt and that they would send a different model ,again we said no!!.we then got an email saying item sent .we cannot now get a reply from them.i fully believe they have sent the inferior camera and will try to convince paypal we accepted it.PLEASE DONT USE THIS STORE
update: as it was obvious i wouldnt get av refund i put i claim into paypal,they refunded within 5 minutes,obviously they get lots of claims from these thieves
