That was my first impression. Now ...
Websites offering next day delivery that fail to apply, notice of despatched items that fail to appear. To top it off, no adequate response to emails. We'll done boohoo, I can think of no better way to lose customers.
Ordered products on 27 September 2012, to date the goods have not appeared. Yesterday a delivery was attempted but I am not sure of what. Arrived to collect item only to find that the item has been lost! UNBELIEVABLE! Tried to contact LF and they refused to take ANY details about the lost item until DH (cardholder) contacts them. Original delivery date was 2 October.
I now do not believe the items were Issued on that date, unless they are sending items via 3rd class or worse!!
Customer service even lied about complaints department contacting me as they did not have my contact details.
BEWARE! It is better to pay that little bit extra to avoid the hassle and deceit of this company. BUYER BEWARE!!! Go AMAZON!!
