Good quality despite misunderstanding.
The order didn't go quite to plan, as I sent a photo to be put on my banner, but when I enquired Partyrama said it hadn't arrived. So I've accepted a banner, which was dispatached in good time, without the photograph it was supposed to contain. A little disappointing as Partyrama claim to have tried to contact me about the photo, but all I know is I have no missed calls, no e mails and a photograph that I sent to Partyrama is sitting in my 'sent items'
Despite this, on the telephone they are polite, seem to be helpful and the received banner is of extremely good quality and I AM pleased with it.
If I use Partyrama again in the future, I'll just make sure I phone them to check everything is going ok with my order, in good time.

Faultless Service, what more can I say?
I knew the item I wished to purchase, ordered it up. It was out of stock, but I was assured the stock would be in shortly and my item was with me within one week. If only all purchases were this easy.
