Good to deal with but cannot subscribe online from overseas!

When I first subscribe to World of Cross Stitch, I did it on-line with a credit card. When I came to renew the next year, I was unable to do it on-line as the system would not accept the same credit card. As such I had to phone from Australia and gave the credit card details to the operator. These details were duly accepted! In the meantime communication was excellent and am looking forward to a better future.

Hi Rita, thank you very much for your review. Although to clarify, we are not "World of Cross Stitch" and so have nothing to do with subscription renewals :)
