"DX's after sales support is highly commendable.

Without doubt, buying items from an online store has its risk on the quality of the actual product.

This can also be said of buying the same product from a local electronics store, as the device might fail within a short period of time and there is no recourse to have it exchanged or repaired.

DX is apologetic about the product failing, and gladly reimbursed the shipping costs back to them and refund the faulty product's credit back to the account so as to allow me to have the autonomy of purchasing another product as the batch of the previous product purchased might have an inherent issue on its design.

You can hardly see such gesture in the local electronics store.

As such the only cost wasted to get the faulty item replaced or refunded is time cost to get to the Post Office and send it back to DX.

DX is a highly commendable online store which I am more assured to purchase than from the local shop.

You will not be put in a fix.
