Massive saving

It is very useful reliable site. It is trustful and it credits payment to my bank account very quick. I saved more than £ 300 since I joined it last year

Shopping with this company is my worst experence and a nightmare so far.

I have made an online order on the 6th of October and untill the 15th of October, I have not recieced my order or any notification. When I contacted them, thery said " Unfortunately due to a technical fault on our system we were unable to process your order which was affected by this fault. We have automatically refunded your account to save you any further delay or inconvenience". However, untill the 21/10 I have not recieved my money either. When I contacted them again they said "Due to complications that have arisen with our previous payment merchant this
has affected our ability to process your refund, we must unfortunately notify you that you will need to file a dispute with your bank for the transaction, as we are unable to complete the refund from our side.

Bad service

I put the order 3 weeks ago and I have not recieved my glasses yet although they said they sent them one week ago and I have checked with my post office and they said they did not recieved anything

We are very sorry you have not yet received your glasses posted to you on the 4th October. It is rare that items are lost in post, although sometimes it can take a while for glasses delivered.

Royal Mail First Class is usually very reliable, but we are looking at alternative methods of postage, and giving customers the option of paying for a registered service.

We understand you have been in touch with our Customer Service Team who have explained our lost in post procedure, a link to which is below.
