Outstanding Service

I visited the shop a few weeks ago as I was unsure which version of the Rockshox Reverb would be most suitable for me and my bike.
Jim had to order mine in and I agreed to pick up my bike with post fitted the following week. Both Jim and Dave were very knowledgable and helpful as I am not a seasoned mountain biker. They pointed out a couple of things that needed attention e.g. brakes and pads and took time to tell me how to do the job myself but were equally happy to do the job at a very good price.
The prices I paid were very reasonable and I will be using them again.
Took the bike to Hales Superbole the next day, had the whole place to myself, love the Reverb.
