I have used Exceptional AV a few times and have been happy. But this time part of my order was not in stock.
I did get an email telling me that there would be a delay, but after 3 weeks of waiting I have cancelled the order and will buy the items elsewhere.
My major gripe is that they take your money straight away but don't ship the partial order?
I would use them again but they need a way of telling you if your items are in stock, like superfi do.
