All OK to start... Until you want your cashback

All was great when I joined, i initially purchased my Sky TV package earning £100.00 cashback, it was stated at the time that it could take 3 months for my payment to come through.... This was in May, I received a email dated 17/09/12 stating that payment would be made 20/09/12 we are now in mid October and I have been informed that payment has been made in to my back account (this is still to appear my end)
This site lacks the ability to contact somebody in the event that you require assistance the easiest way I found was to use Facebook.
