Pity about the delivery

Nice helpful people, good ordering process but they need to sort out their delivery agents. First, having had the doors in their warehouse for over a week their agents tried to set a delivery date eleven days on from that. Then, when the amount of time they had been holding the doors was pointed out to them, they brought the delivery date back a week but delivered at 06.45... The delivery man was OK but it sounded to me like they only had one van...
