Very annoyed with their customer service. Have bought and sold on here for many years and pay the upgrade yearly with no problems. Recently I sold two sofas and the couple both viewed and examined and sat on them. I even knocked £30 off the price for them. A week later the man text to say one of the sofas was sagging? I apologised and said we had not noticed this. My husband said something must have happened during transportation as they were fine. Next thing preloved email me to say the customer had complained and they would not take any action but i should watch out next time!! Well i am sorry but i am not being spoken to like this when the sofas left my house in perfect condition. Their website says they do not have anything to do with the actual transactions...so what is this policing thing? I have asked for head offices details and i will be complaining. Disgusted with preloved.
