So what is with the password!!

Why on earth do they have a password, which i always forget. Why cannot my e mail address get me straight through rather than going all around the houses. I use this company infrequently so when I next order I would have forgotten the password. There is no need for a password.

Also when the final account is being compiled why does tax suddenly appear and carriage turning a £18_ item into a £23+ one.

All the UK pays the same rate of VAT so it could be included in the initial cost.

The product is very good but ditch the password and be honest about VAT and postage.
