Handle situations professionally and promptly

Ordered a pair of Beyerdynamic DT100 headphones. Arrived with damaged packaging but a new set was dispatched and received the next day, collecting the others at the same time.

No questions, swift reaction and overall great service with the best price I could find.

Would definitely buy from Music Matter again!!
