My expectations were met and my delivery received promptly.


Customer service needs improving!

Ordered flowers for a friend to reach her the day before her wedding. On the day of delivery my order is 'allocated to an iflorist', so far so good.

By late afternoon there's no update to report whether the flowers have been delivered or not, I had an online chat with customer services who could not find out whether delivery had been made - useless.

Luckily by the evening my friend had contacted me to say she'd received her flowers - I checked online and my status wasn't updated to having been delivered until the next day. Seems a bit pointless having a modern status checker if the actual florist doesn't update in time.
