It was almost two months between ordering the door and receiving, however I was informed of this by email shortly after purchasing. I wasn't offered a refund although I assume that would be fine if you'd have asked - I was happy to wait. I was told the door would be in stock late August/ early September - the door finally arrived on the 26th September (ordered 1st August).
Other than that, service was fine. Door is perfect and as described for a reasonable price. Delivery came in the allotted time.
