Didn't deliver on time - didn't respond to e-mails

Website advised deliver date, suit didn't arrive on that date.

Takes numerous e-mails to actually get a response from them.

Waistcoat was too small.

Sent two e-mails saying waistcoat too small - they replied asking what the problem was?

Sent an e-mail asking them to honour their perfect fit, no response. Eventually please raise a support case on our portal. I replied away from web for a few days can you not raise a support ticket for me - answer was a no.

10 days after I originally raised a complaint that the waistcoat was too small I am still waiting for them to agree / advise how they are going to rectify it.

Wouldn't use them again.
