Use everyday to send parcels approx 100 a week

I have used myhermes for three years, about 100 parcels a week and have had no problems. Its much cheaper than royal mail, they quote 3-5 working days but deliver quicker.
My courier who picks up is fantastic and does everything he can to help.
The online tracking is great, if any issue has happened its been sorted fast.
I send china glass etc and while a very small percenatge do break I have to accept this due to nature of what I send..no courier company or royal mail will cover china glass etc.
If you do have a problem with courier issue a complaint and they are sorted
I really have no issue with them and while people are quick enough to leave bad reviews and i dont blame them if experience bad, you will find few who will bother to leave good reviews
people quicker to complain that is why its probably so low in rating
