good choice and good value, annoying delivery

All good in terms of quality and price but if you pay for an afternoon delivery and you have expensive tiles you dont expect the delivery to be early and asking just to leave the tiles outside without being checked. Delivery is a main part of the service so you shouldn't feel rushed into signing and accepting goods with giving them a quick check.
