Everything to do with this Company is super efficient and it all happens seamlessly. The communications are brilliant ,customer service at its best. I didn't enjoy my Irish beef but that is only a personal preference.
I bought a pH meter which turned out to be faulty so I returned it expecting it to be replaced. However, I was told it would have be sent for repair. After a week I rang up to check progress and was told it would be returned soon. When it arrived it was still faulty so I asked for it to be collected and I wanted a credit as I would choose another model. I was told it would have to be sent for repair as that was Company Policy. I tried to explain that I didn't want to see it again but to no avail. I was collected last week and have heard nothing and still no pH Meter after a month. A really good way to lose a long standing customer.
