The Best Vacuum Cleaner Ever
GTech is an excellent Company, that produces innovative, state of the art products.
The GTech AirRam is a supurb vacuum cleaner. There aren't enough words to describe just how good it is. It has all the power of a mains vaccum cleaner with the convenience of being cordless. It picks up faster and far more effectively than my old mains vacuum which was supposed to be the No. 1 World Leader. It is very light in weight and very manoevorable. Does right to the edges. Very easy to use straight from the box. Easy charging. Power remains constant throughout use. Red button flashes to warn there are only a minute or two of charge left. I do a 3 bedroomed house, upstairs and down plus stairs and it has still only used a quarter of it's charge. It can be charged with the battery in situ in the vacuum cleaner itself, or the very neat little battery can be removed and charged independently. It takes all of 2 seconds to remove or replace it with the flick of a switch. Does thick pile carpets, thin pile carpets, hard floors, linoleum. No settings to change, it just does it automatically. Lies almost completely flat for getting under beds and cupboards. Very easy to empty, just empty straight into your kitchen bin. No bags, no mess. And the 5 year guarantee is an added bonus.
I bought it after reading all of the 150 rave reviews on the John Lewis website. And now I'm number 151 to rave review it. You just can't believe how good it is until you try it. It has surpassed all my expectations. Thank you Gtech for producing such an amazing product. I can't imagine going back to my heavy corded vacuum cleaner now. It feels like a dinosaur in comparison to the Gtech AirRam.
Terrific Customer Service, too. When I needed to contact GTech Customer Services with a query, I had immediate, friendly, efficient and same day response.

Shocking, dishonest, unreliable
Anyone would be crazy to order from this company.
I ordered from them on 24th August, and the money was immediately taken from my credit card. It is now 12th October and I am still waiting for the product.
I am constantly fobbed off by being told it's been held up in Customs, which I believe to be totally untrue. I requested either a refund of my money, or to receive the product. Neither of which they have done. I wish they had just told me they were out of stock (I'm guessing here), and then I could have bought it somewhere else.
By the way, the product I ordered was one that they specifically advertised to me in an email.
A rogue and dishonest company - they do not tell the truth about what has happened to your order. Just keep you waiting indefinitely.
