Dispatch problems

Bad experience with Mankind this time round. The item I ordered was "in stock" but did not get dispatched until I chased them up. Some sort of glitch with their order process, it seems.

All seemed fine at first. When the item did not arrive, I checked their system to find my order stalled saying "Awaiting Stock Pick" for despatch a fortnight before. After a couple of emails from me, the item eventually did come. It hadn't been out of stock, the order was just "stuck" in their system.

On a customer service note: when I asked about recompense for the inconvenience, my question was just ignored. Pity, a 10% off next time or some other acknowledgement might have made me more inclined to give them another chance.

If you order from Mankind, it might be best to periodically check your order's progress to make sure it hasn't ground to a halt.
