this website is a scam for website owners

I used to go to trust pilot before any purchase. However after a terrible experience with a website I left a negative review that was within the rules and it was deleted as " a member of the public complained" ie the website owner. I left the review again and once again it was deleted within hours.

This service is completely pointless. If anything its dangerous to trust trustpilot when it can be so easily manipulated.

I understand it can be frustrating when you see a review you have written is removed from our site, however when reviews are reported they are not instantly removed from our site, but are temporarily hidden while we look into the reason for reporting. On the profile page you can see who reported a review and for what reason. Trustpilot is an open platform where anyone can read and write reviews about the companies they buy from, and reporting of reviews is a method to ensure the quality of the reviews. Any consumer or company can report reviews.

When you see a review is reported, users should not simply leave a new one, but let our team investigate the reason for reporting. Depending on the reason why the review was reported, we may ask the user for further information via email. When the investigation is done your review will either be restored or removed permanently.

Companies can’t demand that a review is removed. It needs to go through the reporting process. You can read more about reporting reviews here:

Wow, I honestly cant believe any high street shop would have such a bad online experience. Do boots not listen to their customers

Well first off they use yodel After several bad experiences with this courier service (and now one more) I would never have ordered if I knew they used them.

Second my next day delivery order is still in transit 6 days after I made the order. I work with websites on a daily basis and is hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever seen.

SO far all I can find is an email address which states they will try to get back to me within 3 working days. Is this some kind of joke, how on earth are they this bad.


avoid using game, no wonder they are going out of business

ordered the instant gamer points twice. The first time everything was ok then the two times after they messed up. One order took almost two days for the instant download and in the other they sent me a blank email "with the code". emailing their customer support gives you an auto response message of " its going to take 2-4 days to response " although I never even got a reply. Had to spend over an hour in live webchat being constantly disconnected and fobbed off.

Mainly annoyed because there are plenty of places I could have bought this cheaper and it would have actually been instant. I though it would be easier as I have a game account. Needless to say I will never ever use these again and cant believe just how bad their customer service is.

RIP game
