I have never been disappointed with flowers from this site, they are unusual, something a bit different. Have had nothing but positive comments about them.
IMO the website could be improved - navigation only. It's difficult to go back, and I found that my basket had over £200 worth of products in it, even though I didn't think I had put anything in the basket, I had only viewed / added vase etc to assess total costs. I then had to refresh each and every time to get rid of each item - I couldn't delete them en bloc.
However, none of the website issues were bad enough to think I won't bother to order again.
I had a potential problem with the delivery and the guy I spoke to was really helpful, narrowing down the delivery window to me very promptly.
