CSL Sofas
Stay clear, only make sofas to look at not sit on.
We have 2 3 seater leather sofas. (Eiger model) Only had them 8 months and find them very uncomfortable. Sitting on the metal bar and springs and huge gap at back of cushion when sat on it. Contacted customer services who sent their inspector. He informed us that there was nothing wrong with the sofas and this is to be expected if you suit on them for more than 5 minutes. So now we have to go into debt to buy replacements.

Very helpful and supportive
I needed my new glasses adjusting as they were to big. I contacted customer service and was advised to return my glasses with an old pair to get the fit adjusted. Returned postage paid by Glasses Direct. Glassess returned quickly and now very happy with my purchase.
Also very happy with price, a friend had just bought a similar style from a high st store for £650. I bought 2 pairs for £340
