I have been using Trueprint/Snapfish for years. Recently I have has emails from Trueprint telling me of their offers and telling me I should use various codes when checking out. When I go to do so I am told the code is not valid. That's because I'm on Snapfish's website??! But then when I place the order (having given up on getting the discount) I get a confirmation email from.....Trueprint! I'm not sure who I'm actually using. I emailed them but they said to try the code again, but I had already placed the order by then as I needed the photos. CONFUSING!!
I would cancel everything and start again, but I have so many photos and photobooks etc on there....
We ordered 2 costumes. They were very good quality and will be put away to use again. The delivery came when expected and we were delighted with the fit and the finished look. Would highly recommend Jokers' to anyone.
We ordered a hutch from Worldstores and chose the delivery day. When the item wasn't delivered I had trouble with the couriers that Worldstores use... XPD...They lied about trying to deliver it and we had to wait over the weekend for the delivery to finally arrive.
Through all this we cannot fault Worldstores. Everytime I emailed they have emailed back or left me a voicemail and were very sorry that the delivery was delayed. They also admit to having had problems with XPD. They have also refunded our delivery charge for the hutch. So....Thank you Worldstores, but consider changing your couriers as they are making you look inefficient and uncaring.
This company should have delivered a rabbit hutch to me yesterday and didn't despite me leaving a note when I had to go to school saying that a neighbour would sign. They left a card. I called them and was told that I could leave the card on door the next day and they could then leave the delivery round the back. Today I waited all day and went to school confident that it would be fine if I wasn't there. They didn't deliver. I called again and was told that the delivery driver had already gone home (we live 40 miles from the Braintree depot so he must have finished very early!). I was told that the driver had left a card....He had not. He had not been!! The man on the phone said that they don't deliver at weekends so it will now be Monday. I said There's nothing I can do then is there?....No he said! Very rude, and a liar!
Unfortunately when you order something you have no choice over the courier company used, but this makes the rabbit hutch company look very bad.
If you order from somewhere that uses them, order with plenty of time to spare!
