Great paving slabs, but delivery not great

The haulier delivering the slabs had issue as the pallet of slabs weighed more then the tail lift could handle.
As a result they didn't deliver on the correct day, and when they did deliver, the driver was reluctant to make the drop.

As a result I had to get on the vehicle and hand ball the slabs off, to a point where the tail lift would take the remainder.

Surely Paving Superstore should use hauliers that can provide the correct service.
