I made an order for £80.85 worth of products. Half way through I put in the discount code for 20% off, then went back and added more products. Somehow it lost the discount code and I was charged the full amount. When I realised (too late) I sent an email quoting the discount code and asked them to sort it out. The response was derisory. Said it must have been my fault and suggested I use the discount on a new order. I emailed back to say it was the website's fault, not mine, and I was unlikely to make any further orders unless they sorted it out and got no further response. Not good.
