I order an ipad retina 128gb wifi and cellular on 17th December via pay and collect (not reserve and collect). They took my money immediately of course. Email arrived saying 3-5 days for delivery. No call by 23rd Dec to come and collect. This was a Christmas present. Rang and was advised waiting for stock and as soon as they came in they would be sent out. This prompted them to then send an email about delayed delivery. By 6th January still no Ipad. I rang and was advised there still was no stock and did I want to cancel. I replied no I wanted my Ipad. An email was sent to advise of my concern. Anyway to cut along story short, today (27th Janaury) they have finally admitted they have no stock and are cancelling the order and refunding my money. (They still tried to get me to cancel the order though because then they would not have been in breach of contract) Well that is simply not good enough. They have had use of my money for nearly 2 months. Could you imagine if it had been the other way around?! I have also spent hours emailing or ringing them, to say nothing of not having the use of the item! They are a complete disgrace and customer services is a waste of space.

Use this company several times now and have nothing but praise for them. The service is quick and all items are well packaged. The chocolate is lovely and they have such a wide range you can always find what you are looking for.
