I bought the oscar sofa and since then have experienced back pain as I believe the quality of the sofa is poor.
I was very dissapointed with Loafs after sales service as they basically refused to recognise the issue, including checking the sofa for fault.
Have now sought legal advice and hopefully now they will be more responsive.
I booked resorthoppa to pick me up from Teneriffe airport and drop me to my hotel. I paid the additional 5 euros to ensure I only had 4 drop off points.
They arrived on time, the driver was friendly and dropped us to our hotel within 4 drop offs.
On the return leg, I received a text informing me the time of pick up, again, the driver arrived on time, was friendly and I had a great journey back.
