We liked the range of products and the prices appear very competitive but after one week there is no sign of our order and no communication explaining why. I checked the info supplied in the order status online and the only information is: waiting shipment. At no point during the purchased it was pointed out to us that the item would take longer than usual (3 to 5 working days as per shipment information on their website) to be delivered. I tried calling the number supplied on the website today (Saturday morning) but there was only an answer machine.

I have taken a look at your order and can see that we have tried contacting you to advise of the delay. I am just waiting to hear from the warehouse this morning and will email you on the email address provided on your order once I hear back.
As an apology for the delays we will be refunding your delivery charge.
Our phone lines are only manned Monday to Friday which is why you would have only got through to our voicemail.
