Still waiting!!

I reviewed this sham of a company a while ago but was promised they would try their best to get me my tickets! I am still waiting and have heard nothing more than empty promises and the concert is tonight!! (Transaction ID 2219619) since this seems to be the only way to get a response from them I would like to hear something other than the generic response that is pasted onto each bad review on here. I bought these tickets as part of my daughter's Christmas and now she isn't getting to go and I am very out of pocket! This whole site seems like some kind of scam/fraud!!
