Prompt on delivery, not so on returns.

Had ordered shower tower and plumber came earlier than expected to install. When delivery was received, packaging was damaged and since we had to purchase another tower, we wanted to return item. Several emails back and forth and we still do not have information to return product or refund. For the record, the item delivered does appear to be acceptable in quality however there is alot of plastic components.

We are sorry to read that that you have not found our returns procedure to be fast enough however we have had to verify delivery and the condition of the product before we could organise collection with a third-party courier, which of course takes time.
