Not impressed
Ordered some linens on line and when the parcel arrived the order was incomplete. Phoned and got an answer machine left a message and no one responded to my inquiry. Sent and email and again no response as yet. Not your usual excellent and high standard of service. No impressed. Very badly done.

A winner - efficient reliable and fast.
Went on the site as had been looking for Buffalo boots for a while and there they were. Ordered them on line and 3 days later they arrived at my door. Had prompt email update to let me know how my order was going and a date that the delivery would happen and it did. Will definitely use this site again and recommend it to all.
