I bought a welsh dresser, dining table and chairs after seeing their adverts on television. There's no showroom near me so everything was done on-line, without having seen the furniture "in the flesh", but I needed the furniture and they had a sale on.
There was a small knock on the dresser, which they promptly offered to deal with but which I was happy to live with. Apart from that, all of the furniture is superb quality and, 2 months later, I am still thrilled with it. I even enjoy polishing it!
I was honestly impressed.
