A bunch of thieves and crooks

I had a faulty iphone for collection by the shop i purchased it from. The delivery man came and collected my item and never gave me a collection receipt. I then stopped him and asked for a collection receipt. The delivery man then went to his van and came back after 3 minutes with a collection receipt. I also had a witness present. This was very weird as I was waiting near the door wondering what was taking so long.

3 days later, i got a phone call from the shop saying that they did not recieve the i phone but instead received a massive box with children's toys.

Since then City link have refused liability and have refused a claim for the I phone which was not received by the shop.

Its obvious that the delivery man stole the I phone as he took 3 minutes to come back with the delivery receipt. In the mean time he was busy switching the parcel with a box of big toys.

Overall the service at city link has been very poor. Even their customer service has not been satisfactory.

I CAME ON HERE AND WAS NOT SURPRISED TO SEE THEIR POOR RATING... I WILL ALWAYS AVOID THEM IN THE FUTURE!!!
