Worst online shopping experience I have ever had
My order was originally supposed to come in the week I ordered it, after an extra couple of weeks, I cancelled the order with customer services. I then heard nothing and received no refund. Then I got back in touch to double check the cancellation, again I heard nothing, today I phoned them to find out that 4 weeks after I ordered the item that should have been sent and my order being cancelled the order will be here in 2-3 days. Even though I cancelled it, and now they can't cancel the order as it is on the way here.

Great service, large range and no pressure
I visited GuitarGuitar in Edinburgh for a new electric guitar, and to trade in an old one to put towards it. I only had a vague idea of what guitar I wanted, so really appreciated the information I was given, as well as the time and freedom to try out different guitars with no pressure.
I spent several hours there, and with help from Jamie I was able to narrow down what I was looking for. Very happy with the service and my purchase.

Created an order through Thedrinkshop, and it was easy to place, and it arrived very quickly. The price was good, and I was very happy with the way my order was dealt with.
