DO NOT USE!!!! THEY WILL TRY & RIP YOU OFF & BREAK YOUR PHONE

Do not use this company. they will originally offer you more money than other companies but once they`ve got your item they will pick faults in it and knock down the price so that its lower than there competitors. Once they have your item you are basically held to ransom.
After been recommended by a friend I thought this would be a smooth transaction. however It was far from this.
After agreeing a price (£87) I sent off the phone but i began to get worried when I had`nt heard anything off them In 10 days.
I sent an email off to them asking what the hold up was & within hours they replied claiming I sent them a broken phone & they were only willing to give me £20. This phone was In perfect working condition when I dispatched It & i sent it off In the original packaging with extra protection to ensure no damage could occur during delivery. They then said I can either accept the offer or return it to me. I tried to explain the phone was fine but they completely dismissed me as a liar.
They eventually returned it & the phone was completely trashed.
They have not offered no explanation.
