Very disappointed

I telephoned to make sure my order would arrive in time for my sons 7th birthday as this was to be his main present and the only thing he asked for and I was promised that it would definitely get to me in time . It's now three days after his birthday and we are going to have it delivered today , it's not nice to have to explain to a 7 year old that he has to wait for his present .

The customer was told when she ordered it that we couldn't guarantee delivery of the item. After a further update to explain we definitely couldn't make the date she asked to keep the order running. The birthday was on a Friday and we managed to get it there by the following Monday.
