Sold a faulty desktop computer (screen not working). Had to return it at a cost of £17. Laptops Direct attempted to fix by replacing Hard Drive under warranty but returned a still faulty computer. sent back again under warranty and told me power settings were set wrong, but are now set correctly. But the screen is still faulty. They have now told me it out of warranty. Customer service adviser wasn't interested in my complaint.
i have tried but they have left me with absolutely no offer of resolve.
i now have to accept i have a useless computer, or take legal action...
