Yes, when they first took over Tiscali the service and billing systems were dire. However, for the last two years the broadband speed and level of service has been exemplary.
My only gripe was that the Landline rental keeps creeping up, which is a bit naughty, especially if the customer is on a tight budget.
BUT all OK until I needed to make changes to my Contract via its WonderfulWorldWideWeb of call centres. An utter shambles and total waste of time.
