great improvement since the old days BUT

Yes, when they first took over Tiscali the service and billing systems were dire. However, for the last two years the broadband speed and level of service has been exemplary.
My only gripe was that the Landline rental keeps creeping up, which is a bit naughty, especially if the customer is on a tight budget.
BUT all OK until I needed to make changes to my Contract via its WonderfulWorldWideWeb of call centres. An utter shambles and total waste of time.

waiting and waiting

one month on and still waiting for a delivery. just too much trouble to deal with compared to competitors.

We have looked at your order and when originally placed the road name was not entered. The parcel was subsequently returned to us, but we were unaware of this until it arrived.

On receipt the correct address was found and redespatched the same day.

I apologise for any inconvenience and hopefully the product has now arrived.
