comprehensive but needs fine tuning for individual business

I received all the folders from QCS with all the policies which I thought would be individual to our practice.To my surprise some of the text in the policies did not apply to us.QCS should make sure the policies match to the individual practice prior to sending the folders.

Thank you for your feedback. Our policies are designed to meet CQC criteria, and so the documentation that you received was all relevant to your industry.
