Having made a selection and placed my order, I changed my mind—twice. But it was no problem calling customer service to sort it out. I got straight through and the staff I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful.
I appreciated their polite insistence on my talking to an optician before my varifocal order was confirmed. Even though I've worn varifocals for years, the advice I got was helpful and non-patronising.
Turnaround and delivery was well within the stated time and I'm truly delighted with the result: a couple of pairs of superlight frameless designs, one with lenses that darken in sunlight, at well less than the equivalent would have cost on the High Street.
