Prices and delivery better than Wiggle!
I first ordered my Crud Road Racer guards and Gatorskin tyre from Wiggle, as mt previous dealings had been fine. On the appointed delivery day I waited in all day - no delivery. The reason? Wiggle use City Link for larger items. I've had really poor service from CL before, so I refused another delivery slot, cancelled the order and looked elsewhere. Merlin offered the same items for £4 less, with free delivery by Royal Mail. 2 days later I had the kit.
The moral? Never use a company that uses City Link!

Drivers lying, systems broken
Having waited in all day for a delivery, I checked the tracking website to see 'delivery attempted' at 14.50. I know this was not the case, as I live in a small house and can hear the doorbell clearly in all rooms and deliberately avoided turning on the radio or TV just in case. So, the driver lied to cover his backside.
Then, when I called the Citylink helpline, I was informed my tracking number was 'not on the system', even though I was reading it straight from the tracking site!
A bunch of liars run by a bunch of amateurs.
Pro4sport
New name, same lousy service
I ordered a Gore cycling jacket from these guys 2 weeks ago. Their email said the order was due to ship 7 days ago 'at the latest'; today, still no delivery. I tried calling their number: no reply. A bit of research shows that the company is called Pro4sport.co.uk Ltd - remarkably similar to a company in liquidation called Pro4sport Ltd, and with the same old director (David Adams) and company secretary (John Fowler).
Needless to say I have emailed to cancel the order. Fortunately the company have not yet taken payment on my card, and I have informed them that if they do I shall report the matter to the police as fraud.
So, my advice is: don't go anywhere near them!
