Despite sending a photograph of the damaged item they failed to offer any compensation blaming the courier. There was inadequate protection of the corners and edges. I had to waste time cutting off both ends of the panels.
I have used Quidco for many years and cannot fault their service. When I have been let down by retailers the Quidco team have always been in my corner. I have earned hundreds of pounds by just buying goods/services online via the Quidco site.
Quality vanilla pods at a fraction of the price in the supermarket. Make all my post smell lovely!
Goods were unavailable at the time but they were back-ordered for me and my carriage charge was refunded. Good customer service.
