I order a few net curtains as they looked very good. As recommended on their website I order double size thinking that should be enough. However when they arrived they were so see thorough that as they wouldn't accept me returning the curtains I had to re order more of the same curtains just to get enough gather to give some privacy!
I wouldn't recommend their net curtains to anyone!
Loved all the products but needed to return afew items as the showerbath i ordered was the wrong side to what I needed. I called the customer service department on the day that the items was delivered and was given the wrong info and called the courier company who said that the request had to come from Betterbathrooms and not myself. So I called them back and finally got them to agree to request the return after I agreed to pay for the return but the agents didnt seem to know what to do with this. i then didnt receive the returns form so I had to call them back. After several calls over the next afew days on a daily basis as I was sent the returns form with the wrong items listed to be returned. Because of this I dont think I will order anything from this company unless I know that I dont need to return anything to them.I think they need to make returning items easier.
I am very happy with the survey reports I received. Halley Duncan dealt with my inquiries very promptly and efficiently and explained everything well. well done to everyone and I would use you again and recommend Miller Metcalfe to others too.
