Never had any problems!
Emails are not really answered or when answered, i.e. after a long time waiting,
the customer usually gets fobbed off.
Phoning PC World doesn't get you anywhere either.
A week after the purchase I could not change my Asus Transformer for an iPad.
(The iPad was even more expensive!)
Never ever will I buy from this shoddy company again.
Even ! Star is far to generous! (Unfortunately obligatory).
I think the breathalyser is pretty reliable but not always functioning properly i.e.:
Quite often an Error message appears and one has to start all over again.
Sometimes too often and eventually give up.

I hereby withdraw/delete my recent review dated 02.10.2012 and
wish to write a new one giving ParcelHero 5 stars.
I really have misjudged your service and sincerely like to apologize to all staff involved.
Due to my misinterpretation of instructions, I must admit, things went pear shaped, completely out of control of ParcelHero.
But: The Service was determined to get things right.
I admire this.
Not only did they give me a refund (while the parcel got delivered anyway!), but the Service also gave me a £25.00 discount towards my next dispatch.
Well, this is humbling and it completely restores my trust in the company: I will certainly use the Service again!
